Anyong! Lindsay and Whit here on a Thursday night, sitting on our floor-couch eating fruit and yogurt and watching Korean baseball. OK, Whit is watching Korean baseball. And here I sit typing.

So today we bring to you in Emily-Witt fashion our latest kids' quotes. They aren't as good as Emily's arsenal, but they usually make us laugh or smile on the long days.

When asked what he did this weekend, one sixth-grade boy replied: "I mailed my sick lizard to Seoul." Whit: "Post? Mailed? In a box?" Boy with sick lizard: "Yeah. (Duh!)

"Lindsay Teacher. Do you kiss boy teacher?"

"Teacher, can I have your phone number?"
Lindsay's reply: "Stop talking. Do your work." (Like I am seriously going to open my cell phone
up to giggling 8-year-old calls.)
"Teacher. Do you speak Korean?"
Reply: "No."
"Then how do you eat?"

"Lindsay Teacher. Your. Eyes. Biiiigggg!"

Lindsay: "And those are the seven continents. Do you have any questions?"
Student with raised hand: "Lindsay Teacher. You have a small head!"

Student to Whit: "Gorilla Teacher!!"

I promise that I didn't laugh out loud at this. Because I would NEVER laugh at the expense of my friends. Ever. Really. I didn't laugh. I promise.

(BWAHHAHAHAHAHA!)

I love the way you respond when asked for your phone number. "Stop talking. Do your work."
